Mancala – Terms of Service

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or using Mancala (“the Activity”) within the Discord platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Mancala Privacy Policy, and the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Activity.
  2. Eligibility and Access
    You must adhere to Discord’s minimum age requirements and be allowed to use Discord services in your region.
  3. User Content and License
    Your Content: You own the content you submit to the Activity (e.g., chat, images, game data). However, you grant ViMaSter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display this content to operate the Activity.
    Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit content that is illegal, vulgar, violent, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
  4. Prohibited Activities (Developer Policy Compliance)
    You agree that you will not:

    • Use the Activity for any dangerous or illegal activity.
    • Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable any of Discord’s security, privacy, or safety measures.
    • Use the Activity to spam, harass, or bully other users.
    • Engage in, or promote, phishing or fraud.
    • Attempt to scrape data or gain unauthorized access to the Activity or Discord’s systems.
  5. Data Usage and Privacy
    We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve the Activity. Data handling complies with the Discord Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
  6. Third-Party Services
    The Activity may integrate with or provide links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third parties.
  7. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Activity at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms or the Discord Developer Policy.
  8. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The Activity is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViMaSter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Activity.
  10. Changes to Terms
    We may update these terms. Continued use of the Activity constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
